When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you have the right to:

In the event of a data breach likely to result in significant harm or affect a significant number of individuals, we will assess the incident promptly and notify the PDPC and affected individuals as required under the PDPA and related guidance. Our response includes containing the breach, evaluating scope, documenting remedial steps and cooperating with regulators. Affected individuals receive notification without undue delay where required, including guidance on protective steps they may take.
16. Automated decision-making
We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review. Course administration may use automated email confirmations, but enrolment decisions and certificate issuance involve human verification. Analytics cookies, if enabled, produce aggregate statistics only and do not determine individual access to services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Significant changes affecting existing enrolments will be communicated by email where practicable.
