Curriculum

Six programmes in our money-management curriculum

Each programme is a vocational course in AI financial-management skills for Singapore professionals — practical training in budgeting, cash-flow tracking and financial planning using ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and AI-assisted spreadsheets. Indicative SGD course fees are listed; this is education, not financial advice.

Programme 01

Foundations — Managing Your Money with AI Tools

From S$320 per participant

This opening module establishes the vocabulary and habits of financial management for Singapore households and freelancers. You learn how AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot support everyday money organisation without replacing your judgement. We introduce prompt engineering for finance admin, AI productivity basics and the repeatable finance circuit framework — track, budget, plan, review — that runs through the entire academy.

Participants configure their first AI-assisted spreadsheets, practise generative AI for admin tasks and build a personal budget template they will refine across later modules. The focus stays on vocational training provider standards: practical skills, transparent limitations and no investment product discussion.

Small group session reviewing AI budgeting workflows

Programme 02

AI Budgeting & Spending Awareness

From S$380 per participant

Deepen your AI budgeting workflow with structured spending awareness exercises. This programme teaches expense categorisation using AI categorisation rules you approve, category limits drafted by AI assistants and monthly review checkpoints. Claude and ChatGPT help summarise spending patterns; you verify every figure before it enters your household finances ledger.

Singapore professionals learn to distinguish helpful AI reporting from speculative outputs. We cover savings habit formation as an educational framing — building disciplined review routines, not promising guaranteed savings. AI automation handles repetitive tagging; human review remains mandatory throughout.

Programme 03

Cash-Flow Tracking & Categorisation with AI

From S$420 per participant

Cash-flow tracking skills form the backbone of sound financial admin. This programme builds AI workflows for inflow and outflow visibility, transaction tagging and AI-assisted spreadsheet craft. You design repeatable AI processes that categorise expenses, flag anomalies and prepare weekly snapshots for your monthly review method.

AI use cases for finance admin include bank export reconciliation, receipt summarisation and multi-account dashboards. Small-business bookkeeping skills are introduced for sole proprietors who manage business and personal streams separately. All exercises use sample or anonymised data until you choose to apply techniques to live figures.

Programme 04

Financial Planning & Forecasting with AI Assistants

From S$460 per participant

Move from tracking to forward planning in our financial planning studio. AI-assisted forecasting helps you model scenarios — rent changes, variable income, seasonal business cycles — using structured prompts and AI reporting templates. Copilot and Claude support scenario drafts; you retain full control over assumptions and outputs.

This module clarifies boundaries: we teach financial planning as an organisational skill, not investment advisory. No portfolio picks, robo-advisor features or trading signals appear in the curriculum. Singapore market context includes SGD denomination, CPF awareness as general education only and local expense benchmarks for household finances planning.

Programme 05

Small-Business Bookkeeping Skills with AI

From S$520 per participant

Freelancers and small-business owners learn to manage business finances alongside personal accounts. AI automation accelerates invoice logging, expense categorisation and monthly P&L summaries while preserving audit-friendly records. Generative AI for admin drafts client payment reminders and supplier categorisation rules you approve before use.

The programme covers AI workflows for GST-ready record keeping at an educational level — not tax advice — and introduces AI productivity patterns for recurring financial admin tasks. Participants leave with a documented small-business bookkeeping workflow compatible with their existing tools.

Programme 06

Capstone — Your Personal AI Finance Circuit

From S$580 per participant

The capstone integrates every prior module into a personal AI finance circuit you can repeat monthly. You present a capstone budget portfolio demonstrating track → budget → plan → review cycles powered by your chosen AI tools. Peer feedback and facilitator review focus on process quality, documentation and realistic limitations of AI outputs.

Completion certificates reflect training participation only. Graduates join our alumni Q&A forum for continued skill refinement. This is vocational training in money-management skills — not a wealth-management credential, not financial advice and not a guarantee of returns.

Programmes are vocational courses teaching practical financial management with AI tools. We are not a licensed financial adviser. Indicative fees exclude materials and may vary by cohort format. See Services for delivery options.
