1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to aiwealthcircuit.pro and your enrolment in courses offered by AI Wealth Circuit Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202418736K), registered at 79 Anson Road, #20-01, Singapore 079906. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Brand definitions

"Wealth" in AI Wealth Circuit refers to the educational framing of managing your own money and building healthy financial-admin habits through vocational training. It does not refer to investment advice, wealth-management services, private banking, guaranteed wealth creation or portfolio management.

"Circuit" refers to the repeatable loop of money-management skills taught in our curriculum: track → budget → plan → review. It does not refer to electronics, hardware products, electrical circuits or trading circuits.

3. Nature of services

AI Wealth Circuit is a vocational training provider offering courses in AI-assisted financial management — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense categorisation, financial planning and reporting. Our services are educational only.

We are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, insurance broker, tax agent or legal adviser. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, product recommendations, trading signals or guarantees of savings, returns or results.

Completion certificates reflect training participation only. They do not constitute professional accreditation, regulatory licensing or endorsement by any financial authority.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

You acknowledge that:

• AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude may produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated outputs.
• Financial decisions require your own judgement and, where appropriate, consultation with licensed professionals.
• We make no promise of specific savings amounts, income increases, portfolio performance or financial results.
• Course materials demonstrate techniques for money organisation — not investment strategies.

5. Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through forms or enrolment.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts or course materials.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content without written permission.
• Use the site to promote unrelated products such as crypto schemes, MLM opportunities or get-rich-quick programmes.
• Interfere with site security or availability.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund where permitted by law.

6. Enrolment and payment

Course fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement for corporate engagements. Fee schedules, cohort dates and delivery formats are described on our website and may be updated before your enrolment takes effect.

Refund terms are set out in our FAQ and apply unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise for corporate clients.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, website content, logos, design elements and documentation are owned by AI Wealth Circuit Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning during and after your enrolment. You may not resell, publish or commercially distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers. Sharing of another participant's personal or financial data without consent is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated outputs before applying them to live financial records.

9. Third-party tools

Courses may reference third-party AI tools and spreadsheet applications. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms. We do not control third-party services and are not liable for their availability, pricing changes or data practices.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and courses are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where allowable. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or error-free course materials.

AI Wealth Circuit delivers vocational courses in practical money-management skills — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, planning and reporting with AI tools. Certificates confirm course participation only. We are not a licensed financial adviser and offer no financial, investment, tax or legal advice, product recommendations, or guarantees of savings or returns.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Wealth Circuit Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or courses, including financial losses resulting from decisions you make based on course content or AI tool outputs.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Wealth Circuit Pte. Ltd. from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials or unlawful use of third-party AI tools in connection with our programmes.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Form consent checkboxes are not pre-ticked; you must actively consent to data processing where required.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any written enrolment agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Wealth Circuit Pte. Ltd. regarding website use and course participation, superseding prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganisation, provided the assignee agrees to honour these Terms.
